Description: Justin successfully defended an attempt to pierce the corporate veil, responding to a motion for summary judgment. The case against the individual directors of the corporation was ultimately dismissed. The corporation had no more assets and this was the reason why the creditors were trying to pierce the corporate veil to get into the individual directors’ assets to pay for invoices for spoiled shipments of frozen food.
